Accommodation

WIU can arrange accommodation for its international applicants prior to their arrival in Hungary, and an accommodation certificate is issued for the visa interview in each case.

After having received a visa, however, it is essential to notify the school of the arrival date in order to smoothly activate reservations.

Flight Pick-up Service

Students need to inform the school about their arrival details at least 1 week before the flight, by filling the airport pickup request form link -

After school, book the service from the mini BUD company, students will receive the confirmation letter sent by the school, and need to print out the letter and show it upon arrival at the mini BUD counter in the airport.

If your flight gets canceled, please inform WIU as soon as possible.
