Erasmus+

Steps of Application:

• You need to apply at our university by filling out the appropriate application form and attaching the required documents, which can be found in the call for application. Please send the documents by email. The application form and the call for application can be found on the WSNE website (please choose the appropriate one for your mobility!) Our application deadline is 2025.10.10
• After we receive the applications, the Erasmus Mobility Committee will make a decision regarding the applicants.
• After the decision, WSNE will nominate the chosen applicants at the host institution.
• After you receive the notification that you were nominated, you must apply to the host institution by the host institution’s given deadline. However, we recommend that after the nomination, you contact the university as soon as possible! You can find information about the application process on the host institution’s official website.

Please review the course offerings on the host institution’s website before applying.

The host university has the right to reject a nominated student’s application based on its own selection criteria, which WSNE cannot influence or provide information about.
